Mellow Yellow

Even though it's the color of sunshine and flowers and pure happiness, yellow was never one of my favorite shades. In fact, I remember loathing the cute little polka dot curtains my mother put into my bedroom as a child just because they were a light lemon shade! Times have changed, and I've embraced the sunny hue — which I have to admit has definitely added to my smile quotient!

    I find that yellow seems to be a color that people either love or dislike, when I was a bit younger I did not care for this color, but now, I find it quite charming, especially when paired with gray hues...Wishing you a lovely weekend, Xo, Ashley

    It's funny as I get older how I appreciate and have so many favorite colors. I never cared for yellow but depending on my mood I need the cheerful color around sometimes! Beautiful blog!

    Yellow makes me so happy! I can wear only the perfect shade of pale, soft yellow, but have inspiring splotches of yellow all throughout my home. Vive Jaune!

    Your use of yellow caught my eye. i love yellow. *as i write that I am realizing I have a yellow top on today!
