| It's a magical moment not many women get to experience, that splendid second when someone presents to her a little turquoise box wrapped with a white ribbon, that exciting instant when she realizes it's a gift from Tiffany's! If you're one of the few who've had the experience, our hats off to you. For those of you who haven't, we shed a little tear. Because seriously, not much beats the feeling! Well, until now, when that little blue box could potentially come inside one of the jewelry company's new line of leather handbags! Positively chic, undeniably splurge worthy, leaving us swooning... These really are perfect for fall. (And while you can't beat the signature Tiffany blue, we especially love the plum colored reversible suede/metallic bag that would go great with every autumn outfit, and also the stunning red clutch that screams holiday party!) |
Bonjour bloghearts! While sitting here sipping some cappuccino and checking my E-mail, I noticed that I received Club Monaco’s fall lookbook — and imagine my surprise when I saw that it’s Parisian themed! I’m so excited to see that the fashion world is experiencing the return of classic, feminine shapes (slim trousers, long skirts and lace are all over the runways — ooh la la!), and Club Monaco has done a fantastic job of capturing the wonderment of it all. In fact, my daughters are in the City of Love at this moment, and they say these outfits are exactly what Parisian women are wearing. So join me in sipping cappuccino, sit back and let these photos inspire your fall wardrobe!

She’s taking lots of photos and promises to share her Parisian experiences once she’s back in the States (I couldn’t very well ask her to step away from the excitement and write about it while she is there, could I??) In the flesh, we may be sipping martinis poolside in the sweltering heat. But our minds are constantly on the runways, where fall furs, fabrics and fabulousness are ferociously making their debut. In the midst of the lines being presented, our attention was snapped to the Simone Collection, which we hear celebrities such as Mary-Kate Olson and Kristen Stewart can’t get enough of. Designed by writer/director/actress Katie Nehra, the fall 2010 line screams feminine with a formidable, tough edge. Part lovely, part savage, it’ll give you one heck of a personality complex.
