Leaf It To Us

Sticking to fresh and healthy foods is usually pretty easy at the beginning of summer (gotta fit into those bathing suits, right ladies?), but as the season wears on, derailing from the diet begins to be quite tempting! But don't worry, because we're here to keep you on track, and boy do we have the perfect way to do so: We just found a list of 101 different salad recipes! Yep, you read right. That's not one. That's not even 10. That's 101 different, scrumptious and healthy salads. You can thank us for the heads up in the comment section below (wink, wink)...

Display Case

I'm perfectly clean and organized, but if there's one flaw I have when it comes to running a household, it's being a teeny, tiny bit of a pack rat and holding onto pretty furniture and other items when I really just don't have space to display it all. But what's a girl to do when there are so many beautiful, interesting pieces in this world? For starters, my daughter suggested that instead of buying some of these items, I should instead display them here. So that's what I'm doing. Hope you enjoy these fab pieces from Belle Escape as much as I'd enjoy them hanging around in my garage waiting for the perfect time and place to be revealed!

Watermelon Crush

Nothing screams summer like watermelon (well, except maybe pool parties and cuties in swim trunks, but if we're going to keep it PG rated, we'll stick to watermelon as our focus)! But this time, we're amping up the fruit factor into a cool, refreshing adult treat. Called the French Watermelon, this vodka slush is sure to put a smile on your face that rivals even those you get from checking out tanned hotties poolside!

Summer Serenity

I'm always falling in love with clothing collections, but there's something so romantic and summery and wonderful about Ruche's latest line that stands out above many others I've seen as of late. It's like a delicate mix between France, Georgia and Nantucket. Pure perfection. oxox

A Twist On Bread And Butter

If you're anything like me, French Charmers, you're invited to so many summer soirees, you (and your kitchen) can hardly keep up! Lucky for us, Refinery 29 just published four different mouthwatering crostini recipes that are not only super simple to put together, but will also wow just about any crowd — no matter their culinary skills or experience. And if you bring along this menu board from the French Charmed boutique and list your crostini variations, you're sure to be the hit at all your summer get-togethers! Bonus: Refinery 29 took out all the work by also suggesting wine to go along with each crostini recipe. How amazing is that?

Sauteed Mushroom Crostini with Roasted Garlic, Jimenez Sherry Vinegar, and Truffle Oil

Roasted Fig and Ricotta Crostini with Balsamic Vinegar

Fava Bean and Roasted Cherry Tomato Crostini with Burrata and Basil

Sauteed Swiss Chard with Prosciutto and Gruyère

Beach Day

Yeppers, dears: That is an empty bed. Why, you may ask? Because I'm off to the beach today! I've got my suit and my camera, and have left my cares at home. See you later, alligators! oxox
